NOTE: This DPM instruction rescinds DPM Instruction No. 11A-8 (Suspension of New Classification Actions - Revised), dated July 14, 2016.

Effective immediately, the Department of Human Resources (DCHR), is lifting the suspension of classification services. This DPM issuance rescinds DPM 11A-8 following the issuance of the HR Advisory communication (Expiration of the Classification Moratorium) issued by DCHR on January 19, 2018.
