Purpose

This Electronic-District Personnel Manual (E-DPM) Instruction supersedes DPM Instruction No. 8-64, 9-32, and 38-20, subject as above, dated November 18, 2008. The reason for the supersession is that the number of the issuance was incorrect. The content from the previous instruction is unchanged and is shown below.

The purpose of this instruction is to rescind DPM Instruction No. 8-44, 9-17 and 38-3, Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) Certification Program for Agency Chief Information Officers, dated October 25, 2002. The instruction is being rescinded because of the discontinuance of the Agency Chief Information Officer Certification Program previously administered by the OCTO.
