Purpose

To provide general information on the Agency Reemployment Priority Program (ARPP) and Displaced Employee Program (DEP), the two (2) priority consideration programs available for eligible Career Service employees who are issued a reduction-in-force (RIF) notice, and who are ultimately separated by RIF (hereinafter collectively referred to as “displaced employees.”)
